Delivery

We have an option to pick up your order in store or home delivery in the Playas de Tijuana, Soler and El Mirador

Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday from 1pm to 3pm .

We deliver within the time range between 1pm and 3pm.

 

Special dates

The following are considered special dates:

February 12 to 15

May 7 to 11

These days, due to high demand, the delivery schedule may vary, so the order will be delivered during the day.

 

Product Information

Because we work under a mixed flower and foliage style, Siento Bonito® Florería does not commit to using any specific flower variety due to its availability and season.

 

Shipping incidents

It is the client's commitment to provide complete and correct information, as well as the data requested when placing the order to avoid any failure or delay in delivery.

The delivery person will not be able to wait more than 10 minutes at the delivery address for logistical reasons, so we will try to communicate by phone or email so that you can organize it as best suits you.

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours to reschedule the shipment, the order will be terminated without the possibility of a monetary refund or exchange of any kind.



Warranty

In the event that your arrangement or gift arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. Share photos that show the disagreement.

In the event that the damage is for reasons attributable to Siento Bonito® Florería, a discount coupon or credit will be granted depending on the specific case. There are no refunds.

 

Order Changes

You will have a maximum of 24 hours before the delivery time (between 1pm and 3pm) to change the delivery date, address of your order and/or message for the card.

Once the arrangement is delivered, no changes or returns are accepted. In case of any disagreement, communicate by email hola@sientobonito.mx so that the quality department can assess the situation.

Payments in Deposit, Bank Transfer or SPEI

Payments in deposit, transfer or SPEI sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to notify us, it is important to send your payment confirmation as soon as possible to:

With a copy of the payment, deposit or transfer form, your name and order number. Upon receiving the notification, we will send you the payment confirmation by mail within 1 / 2 hours, if not, your order has not been completed correctly. Please call (664) 303 3678.
