How far in advance should I place my order?

It is important that you place your order at least one business day in advance on our website. Remember that we require time to process your order and design your arrangement; We greatly appreciate your patience and preference.


Can I order flowers for the same day?

Orders for the same day can only be placed directly in the store, the florist will indicate the time required for you to pick up your order. There are no home deliveries on orders placed the same day.


Can I place an order online and pay in store when I pick it up?

For orders made on our website, it is necessary to make your payment online, with any of the available payment methods. To schedule your order we require to cover the total cost of your order.

 


What hours are deliveries made?

You can pick up in store between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm

Home deliveries are made between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm

We will send you delivery confirmation via message to the phone or email you provided us. For more information related to deliveries, please consult the Terms and Conditions of the service.


What flowers will my arrangement include?

We work under a mixed style in combination of flowers and foliage. All of our arrangements include a variety of daily flowers, seasonal flowers, and premium flowers.

Some of the flowers of the day and of the season: Roses, Lisianthus, Chrysanthemums, Gerberas, Sunflowers, Ranunculus, Dahlias.

Some of the premium flowers: English Rose, Garden Rose, Anthuriums, Proteas, Tulips, Orchids.


What is the difference between arrangement and bouquet?

The Arrangement is delivered in a base or vase and the Bouquet is wrapped in paper.


How can I customize my arrangement?

You can choose the presentation of your piece: Bouquet or Base Arrangement; the version or size: "Chiquita", "Bonita", "Hermosa" and "Preciosa" and the combination of colors, whether in bright or light tones.
